猫和老鼠将推出新剧集《猫和老鼠在纽约》，主要讲述猫和老鼠这对水火不容的冤家来到了大都市纽约，继续展开互相追逐的爆笑喜剧。
在首领叶飞的领导下，众人在交易地点上为夺取两张有关军火资料的电脑磁碟展开生死战。过程中，叶飞与一神秘女子方盈大打出手，一段扑逆迷离的感情在不自觉间发生。叶飞虽然最后能夺取其中一张磁碟，可是却招来其上司杀子之祸，同时自己亦被陷害而踏上逃亡之路，幸得方盈相助才能脱离困境。
