本次的特别篇将作为这季的大结局，以福冈和韩国釜山这两个跨越国境的城市为舞台，讲述松重丰饰演的主人公井之头五郎忙碌的年末两天（12月30日和31日）的工作。这次，五郎将在出差地遇到的嘉宾演员已经决定下来了。安藤樱饰演成田机场附近食堂老板的女儿，宇梶刚士饰演今年最后一位商谈对象，美术馆员工高桥，在福冈商谈结束后五郎飞奔进一家居酒屋，六平直政饰演这间居酒屋的老板。今年也一直忙碌到年底的五郎，除夕夜本应在出差地福冈悠闲地度过。但由于商谈顾客的原因，日程提前了一天。更糟的是，五郎不得不在除夕夜乘坐高速船前往韩国釜山去处理麻烦。但无论遇到什么紧急情况，叔都会饿。即便是在忙碌中也不忘品尝美食的五郎，在福冈、釜山的街道上，会邂逅什么样的当地美食呢？在顺利解决问题后能否好好享受年末“最后一道菜”呢？
