位于某小镇的科萨高中，一场舞会开幕在即，校园内的时尚男女精细准备，渴望一个梦幻浪漫的夜晚。几个学校内公认为怪胎的科幻俱乐部成员夜探公墓，却无意中唤醒沉睡地下的恐怖僵尸。一时间，活死人纷纷爬上地面，小镇的夜晚充满恐怖和死亡的气息。不久，僵尸的病毒蔓延至学校，舞会被杀戮所取代。
Syfy的《零异频道 Channel Zero》第二季，由Brian Russell所着的Creepypasta（转贴恐怖故事﹑都市传说）所启发，本季名为《零异频道：无尽诡屋 Channel Zero: The No-End House》，讲述一个年轻女子Margot Sleator（Amy Forsyth饰）去了著名的闹鬼之地” The No-End House”，该奇怪的房子里面是一系列令人不安，恐怖逐步升格的房间，而当她回到家后，发现一切都变了。Jeff Ward饰演男主演Seth，磁性﹑善于言辞﹑有魅力的他与别人不相配，不过跟Margot却有着直接的关系。 Aisha Dee饰演性格固执﹑独立﹑有点像A型人的Jules，她虽然很忠于自己的长期好友Margot，但她并不总是知道如何应付她那糟糕的情绪；John Carroll Lynch饰演Margot的父亲John Sleator，对他来说家庭就是他的世界，不过在这好父亲外表之下，他实际是个麻烦﹑复杂的人。
就读国中的女孩有栖川彻子（苍井优 配音），因父母离婚而转学来到了石之森学园。令她有些气闷的是，同学们皆以诡异的目光看她，甚至对她敬而远之。从同班同学睦美口中得知，彻子现在所坐的桌子，其前主人曾经陷入一起被称为“犹大及其四位妻子的杀人事件”。而那张桌子后面还有一张桌子，其主人荒井花（铃木杏 配音）长期旷课，花也恰恰是彻子现在的邻居。为了弄清杀人事件的真相，给自己起名“爱丽丝”的彻子壮着胆子进入花的家，进而得知了关于“犹大”的种种往事。
