该剧主要描写了走私和反走私之间的正邪较量。讲述海关女关长杜欣平发现了海关内部查验官涉嫌放私的行为，她决心以此为契机彻底揭露走私犯罪活动。但就在大功即将告成之时，由于内部腐败分子的告密，未能成功，使得幕后走私分子逍遥法外。 杜欣平坚定了与走私分子斗争到底的决心。后来她的儿子罗亮继续同犯罪分子斗争。

电视动画《Hundred 百武装战记》改编自日本轻小说家箕崎准原作的同名轻小说。在2015年5月10日举办的“GA文库10周年ANNIVERSARY FESTA！”上发表，发表了《Hundred 百武装战记》动画化和广播剧CD化的决定 。
故事描述李国毅饰演的男主角在复活之后获得阴阳眼，在担任礼仪师之后接触了一连串的事件，进而探明自己的死因。全剧由五个单元组成。
