该剧每一集都是完整的一个故事，惊险谜题一步步展开。高桥克典在剧中饰演的巡查部长富坚正义，可以说是朝日台刑事剧史上“最坏”的刑事。而高桥克典的同事们也邀请了不少著名演员加盟，包括内山理名、铃木浩介、平山浩行等等。
