本片主演则由凭《五星大饭店》走红的男演员张峻宁携TVB男星唐文龙联袂出演，二人在片中大演对手戏，影片讲述了在车祸常发的“弄十里弯”上，携巨款逃跑的亡命鸳鸯，遭遇一起离奇车祸，由此引发的一连串恐怖事件。而一路上的各色人等神出鬼没，造成了影片惊魂骇人之余的喜感效果。
