The starting point of JIT production is to minimize waste and make continuous improvement. Waste refers to all activities that cannot create added value. There are seven common waste phenomena in enterprises: waste of excessive production, waste of shutdown for materials, waste of handling methods, waste of processing itself, waste of inventory, waste of action and waste of manufacturing waste and defective products.
