虽然作品以描绘细腻的少女心思著称，野崎君本人却意外地神经大条，而且完全没有恋爱经历，他的漫画角色原型来自身边的朋友，而这些“原型们”，尽是些极具反差萌的家伙……
该剧讲述的是在动乱的19世纪初，被差别对待的女人们成为了主人公，打破男女有别的观点寻求变化的故事，也是桃源大君李林与手足无措的新人女士官具海玲的浪漫故事。
